When you need to login BOC Online Banking (Personal services), BOCNET (Personal) in short, you will use your User Name of BOCNET (Personal) and your login password to confirm your identity. If you have forgotten your User Name, please visit any one of our branches at office hours for Getting-back of User Name information. 2. What can I do when I have forgotten my login password?

When you need to login BOC Online Banking (Personal services), BOCNET (Personal) in short, you will be prompted to input your login password. If you have forgotten your login password, please visit any one of our branches at office hours for re-issue the password.



3. What will be happened if I have entered the incorrect login password for several times?

If you have entered the incorrect password for 5 times consecutively, your BOCNET (Personal) account will be suspended for the security reason. Should the above happen, please visit any one of our branches at office hours for resuming your BOCNET (Personal) account.



4. What can I do when I have forgotten my transaction password?

To perform transactions including but not limited to registered third-party account transfers via BOCNET (Personal), you need to input transaction password to verify your identity. If you have forgotten your transaction password, please visit any one of our branches at office hours for re-issue the password.
